Two adult cousins have different views on a secret sexual encounter from their youth. One of them needs the truth to be out in the open.


Director Bio

HALLIE COOPER-NOVACK is a writer/director born and raised in New York City. Her short film "Relations" starring Kate Lyn Sheil and Hunter Parrish has shown at the Ashland Independent Film Festival, Maryland Film Festival, deadCenter Film Festival, NewFilmmakers LA, St. Louis International Film Festival, and Bully City Film Festival, and made its online premiere on NoBudge. The music video she directed for MGMT’s “When You Die” starring Alex Karpovsky premiered on The New Yorker, and has over 17 million views on YouTube. Her previous film, "Jagoo," featured Greta Gerwig, and showed in the Manhattan


Film Festival. In 2018, Hallie did research to support Lupita Nyong'o's acclaimed performance in Jordan Peele's "Us." She has a BA in Film Studies from Wesleyan University and an MFA in acting from the Yale School of Drama. Before she stopped acting, she was on “The Good Wife”, “Law & Order: SVU” and “Law & Order: CI”, among many other appearances. In 2014, she was a contestant on “Who Wants To Be A Millionaire,” where she won $55k. She currently works for Jason Katims, accomplished executive producer and show runner of “Friday Night Lights” and “Parenthood.”She lives on the East Side of LA with her cinematographer partner, Steven, and their photogenic dog, Ice."
