A parody Facebook page made by local jokester Anthony Novak pokes fun at Ohio’s Parma Police Department. But when the joke doesn’t land, Anthony finds himself arrested with a felony charge. As his case is appealed to The Supreme Court, police accountability laws and the importance of free speech are tested. The film uncovers a deep-rooted issue in the legal system–one that led to another man’s death just 15 miles from Anthony’s arrest.
