While visiting New York from Egypt, Mark, a 32-year-old Christian Orthodox, decides to lose his virginity, confronting all the cultural and religious restrictions that formed his character. After an unsuccessful blind date, Mark is convinced by his friends to look for something other than a soul mate. Their solution? A sex worker.

En route to the brothel in a taxi, Mark meets a very conservative Egyptian-Muslim Driver. Feeling the judgment of an omniscient power (and the Driver) Mark suffers a heart attack.
