These documentaries take viewers on a trip around the world and back home again to the Pacific Northwest, to meet kids and young adults who are making their dreams come true, and using their creativity and determination to make their own way.

For ages 11+

Total running time: 80 min.

Content warning: These films are meant to prompt discussion. All American Kids is a documentary shot before the pandemic, showing life as it was in 2019, and hopefully will be again soon. Bertha and the Wolfram is an uplifting film about creativity in the face of serious illness of a child. Orchestra from the Land of Silence is, in part, about severe discrimination against women and girls in Afghanistan, which leads two girls to run away on a trip abroad.
