This is the incredible story of Arab Egyptian Doctor Mohamed Helmy, who risked everything to save a young girl during the Nazi regime in Germany. He pretended to support the Nazis and gained their trust as a physician. When a Jewish girl, Anna, received a deportation notice, he took her on as his assistant. As conditions in Germany worsened, Dr. Helmy hid her in the outskirts of Berlin, putting his life in danger to protect hers. Years later, Anna's daughter and Dr. Helmy's nephew meet to receive the “Righteous Among the Nations” award from Yad Vashem.
