Sex Sells: the Prostitution Debate in America delves into a comprehensive and intimate exploration of the ongoing nationwide debate about the place sex work (where prostitution is overwhelming banned in most U.S. states) has in society. The film centers around sex workers and survivors: Kristy Childs, Lucy Bloom, Tatyana Foltz, Jasmine Grace, Alice Little, Imogen Steele, Jill McCracken, and Opal Singleton. Kristy is a former sex worker who is the Founder of Veronica’s Voice and works alongside Lucy, who is a survivor. Tatyana is a former victim of sex trafficking and now runs a private practice to help sex trafficking and sex work survivors. Jasmine is a survivor and the Founder and Director of Bags of Hopes Ministries. Alice and Imogen are both active sex workers, with Alice being the highest-paid prostitute in the United States. Jill and Opal are both experts on their specific stances on the issue of prostitution in America. Through emotional interviews and visual storytelling, the notion of sex work blossoms into a complete and unforgettable look at a topic often misinterpreted. From staring down thousands of protestors, to Parliament narrowly passing bills to give LGBT people fundamental rights, these are stories of those who fought for and won significant change. The creation of Rainbow Voices coincides with the reopening of the “Rainbow Room” at New Zealand Parliament and seeks to influence, inspire, and give courage to those facing similar battles around the world. But when his facade of happiness reaches a suicidal breaking point, he realizes how much his own mental health has affected the mental health of his boyfriend, Chris.&nbsp; I’m Okay (and Neither are You) follows Drama's year-long journey of sexual assault recovery — from confronting a witness of the sexual assault to coming out about his sexual assault experience to his Catholic parents in the Philippines. Unlearning Sex

Kara has been trained to spot vulnerable teenagers by the trafficking gang she works for. When she sees&nbsp;fifteen-year-old Marisol being treated badly by her classmates, she&nbsp;immediately moves in and engages her trust. When Marisol, sensing Kara’s inner pain, gives her a rosary that taps into her lost faith and former sense of self, Kara begins to question her ways. Nevertheless, Kara betrays Marisol in the most horrific way but as we are about to judge her, we are shown the darkness of the world that Kara herself is trapped into.&nbsp;Kara struggles as the memory of her former self returns and she has to make some hard decisions if she wants to break the cycle of abuse.&nbsp; ACTION OPPORTUNITY: This film involves human rights and child trafficking.
