Valor &amp; Sacrifice is a bilingual historical drama based on true Puerto Rican history. The story centers on Pedro Albizu Campos, a political leader and hero in 1930s Puerto Rico, who dedicated his life fighting for the rights and freedom of his people. Amidst an island-wide labor strike in 1934, the United States attempted to bribe Campos with money and a pathway to governorship in exchange for control of the strikes. "Valor &amp; Sacrifice" showcases this moment and attempts to explore the psyche and emotional challenges of the choices Campos had to make.
