Eli Nazik is a short film which was shot on smart phone. Eli Nazik is a delicious Turkish dish. It also means 'gentle hand'. Saliha lives in a poor district, shoots food recipe videos with her daughter Derya and posts them on their social media channel called "Mother and Daughter". On all of these videos that they shoot for money, hidden from her husband, Saliha's hands are to be seen only. During the shoots of the "Eli Nazik" video, her husband comes home from the village before the expected time, and the tragic truths get revealed.

This screen circus piece explores living as a circus artist with a menstrual cycle. It aims to be relatable and to raise awareness and get people talking about this important aspect of physiology that applies to almost half of the world’s population. It is hoped that it can encourage more thought into working with hormonal changes in menstruating individuals in order to optimise performance (and indeed just life) as opposed to working within the patriarchal norms that exist in all aspects of our society, which are optimised to serve those without a menstrual cycle.

MATKA / POLKA [MOTHER / POLE] is a meditation on what it means to be a woman in today’s Polish society. As a collection of stories – all verbatim – from waiting rooms, gynaecology chairs, abortion clinics, and bedrooms, the documentary bears witness to everyday acts of patriarchy and systemic violence. Adopting a poetic visual language, MATKA / POLKA breaks the taboo around the experiences, emotions and identity of Polish women who have faced the country's strict reproductive policy and social prejudices to make decisions about their own life and body.

In Victorian-era England, highly precocious and imaginative eleven-year-old Georgiana Crimsworth is up late enjoying a good book. She suddenly experiences cramps and finds blood on her sheets. Not having received the talk yet, she doesn’t understand that this is her first period, and she thinks she’s dying. Her imagination runs amok as she searches for answers among sins and deadly disease, and fears the worst for what this means for herself and for her family.

Sebari Milach is an awareness film aimed to show the dark ritualistic practices of female circumcision illegally practiced in Africa. This film touches on a true story about a young Ethiopian girl who gets tricked by her mother into getting circumcised at a ritual purification ceremony shortly after her sister passed away from the same practice.

Strong-willed and determined Ulbolsyn lives in the city. Her younger sister Azhar is going to graduate from school in the village of Karatas. Ulbolsyn has big plans for the future of her beloved sister – she saved enough money so that Azhar could enter a prestigious foreign university, which would allow her to make a good career and become free and independent. However, when Ulbolsyn comes to Karatas for Azhar, she discovers that the girl was kidnapped by the local healer Urgen, a highly respected person in the village. He is going to make Azhar his ‘tokal’ – the younger wife. But Ulbolsyn does not intend to leave it this way, and she decisively enters the struggle with the patriarchal world of Karatas

Cultural and intergenerational trauma erupt in this story about two sisters on the outskirts of Paris. After the siblings are torn apart, the eldest, Hasna, struggles to find her identity, leading to a choice that shocks the world. Director Dina Amer takes on one of the darkest issues of our time and deconstructs it in an intimate story about family, love, sisterhood, and belonging.
