Family ties and finding strength to move forward with confidence unites this collection.

Family ties have never been stronger this year and the stories in this collection are conversation-starters. In one short, Kyna is under the constant care and watch of her father. Can she finally come out from his "umbrella?” In the last short, Colin has lived with his grandfather Karl for quite some time. When Karl goes narwhal hunting, Colin tags along as a stowaway. Will he overcome his fears and learn the secrets of the Far North? These characters find their strength from the past and move towards the future with confidence.
