Growing up and checking in. This collection of films discusses the complexities of mental health, stability, and community care within children.

It's important to know who you are and who you can count on. In one short, a boy and his classmates share their daily stresses and anxieties. In another, Clara is a self-demanding perfectionist. Although it takes time and patience, she is able to recover from her eating disorder with the trusted support system. In the last short, an animated documentary, a young man tells an important lesson on daily ties: you are who you surround yourself with.
