Melina dreams of becoming a wildlife photographer and when she meets a National Geographic "pro,” she realizes she can start in her own backyard. She shares her story with Laila in New Mexico, who is a talented athlete and a would-be sports leader. Laila interviews a successful baseball manager and learns what it takes to be the first female MLB manager.
