Room Rodeo


Jamil is tasked with writing about a family history for school. His father tells him about his great-grandfather Billie P, a rodeo star and legendary cowboy. Jamil searches through heirlooms and learns more about his family and the history of Black cowboys in America. He encounters lost histories not known to his friends and discovers personal heroes for himself. Room Rodeo will take you on an adventure with Jamil through time and space, all the while staying put in one room.
