When Robin's parents announce their divorce and subsequent move, Robin's entire world is shattered. Escaping to the woods, she stumbles upon a miniature, Earth-like planet and decides to keep it in her garage. As her family begins moving out of their home, Robin can only find comfort in the little planet, giving it more soil and water, discovering its beauty. When her obsession turns to desperation, however, the girl must realize the difference between love and stubborn preservation.
