Father Tongue

Dror, a young hard-of-hearing boy, finds himself alienated when his father insists on enrolling him in a mainstream hearing school. In denial about his son's disability, Dror's father pushes him to speak out loud and use a hearing implant in an attempt to integrate him in the hearing world. This forced assimilation causes Dror to lash out, putting a heavy strain on their father-son relationship.
