Slipping Away

While being treated at a seaside sanitarium for an injury, an elderly man begins to tame a seagull using bread from his meals. Slowly, this taming process creates a bond of trust between the two. One night a particularly bad thunderstorm strikes and the man notices his seagull is wounded and decides to help heal it, in secret. Together the two rely on each other for support as they work towards recovery in this heartwarming story about empathy and friendship.
