Mr. Ted is a devoted teddy bear, fighting valiantly every night to fight off monsters that would do his owner harm. He is armed with nothing but a sewing needle, but still the monster is thwarted continually. They are locked in battle until Mr. Ted is replaced by a newer, shinier toy, at which point the bear is forced to go off into the big city on his own.
