Ali (they/them) is a talented teenage football player preparing for an important match, but they live in a community that is both queer-phobic and misogynistic. Ali must keep their true identity a secret from everyone. When fellow player Hamed discovers Ali's secret, they are faced with a life-altering decision. Ali must decide whether to be true to themselves or conform to their community's expectations. This decision is not an easy one, as it could impact their future as a football player and their relationships with family and friends.
