Jeanie, (Tanya Reynolds) is a young American housewife. In an attempt to break away from her toxic home life, she escapes to a dingy dive bar. With a suitcase by her side and a cigarette in her hand, she waits to meet her estranged identical twin, Layla (Tanya Reynolds). Layla is an up-and-coming British film star, and although they have never met, she is Jeanie's hope of a new life. However, Jeanie's plan does not go as expected.
