Klaas Willems is a Rock Climber who, due to his Cystic Fibrosis, has dedicated his life to climbing in clean air. He has bolted hundreds of routes in non-polluted areas like Sardinia, Italy and found great success and peace in the process.

Christophe shares how his height, 4’4”, and his many operations have affected his life and how surfing has become a major source of confidence. Shot on a stunning California backdrop, ‘Standing On Water’ features locations from Ventura to Humboldt and many other beautiful stops in between. Tommy Corey directed, edited, shot, and finished the piece. The main takeaway from this film is that we are all just people seeking acceptance and our place in this world. By highlighting such an unlikely yet passionate surfer, the film has the power to inspire people to look at differences through a new lens. Doing what you love shouldn’t be judged because of what you look like.

Soundscape features Erik Weihenmayer, a global adventure athlete and author who is fully blind, as he ascends a massive alpine rock face deep in the Sierra Nevada. Using expert camera work and emotive, novel animation to bring to life a concept by adaptive climbing pioneer Timmy ONeill, the film is a surprising and soulful adventure.

This short film follows him as he slows down to process his trauma, while learning to free dive, an immersive place in the brine where you start to see things differently. Caleb is still coming to terms with his new body, a body forever changed.
