Thou Shall Not Tailgate focuses on art car creator, retired postman, and ordained minister Rev. Charles "Chuck" Linville. A cross between a collector, provocateur and outsider artist, Linville stands in stark contrast to the gentrifying society that surrounds him in Portland, OR. His unique and humorous creations comment on politics, religion and fringe culture, and led him to co-found the Portland Cacophony Society, a collection of pranksters that "Fight Club" author Chuck Palahniuk wrote about in his book "Fugitives and Refugees". Telling his story in his own voice, Chuck opens a door into his world while living and creating on his own terms.
