Winona, a young witch, sets a trap for her soon-to-be-ex vampire boyfriend. When he arrives, she'll set Satan loose on him and get him out of her life. A jostling of the set-up however means that instead of Satan, she gets Stan- a relentlessly optimistic and less-than-demonic realtor. While Stan surveys the property, Winona and Vaughn get into a confrontation that looks like it won't end well for Winona. At the critical moment, Stan uncovers the floor to ceiling sunny window and unknowingly eviscerates Vaughn. Winona stands awestruck as a coincidental realigning of the set-up finally brings the real Satan into the picture. Stan, always the salesman, pitches the house to Satan, finishing with the offer of a homemade hot cross bun. Affronted by the holy symbol, Satan makes a hasty exit leaving Stan to go over market value with the shell-shocked Winona.
