Director Statement

When I was in high school, my dad caught me sneaking out of the house and he did not have a conversation, he yelled...a lot. Now that I'm a father of 2, I wanted to retell this story from my POV of a father and portray a Latino dad that isn't a Machismo stereotype. I want people to see another version of a father/daughter relationship.
