Director Biography
Dian Weys is a South African filmmaker. He studied BCom Law at the University of the Free State, holds an MA in Film Studies cum laude from the University of Cape Town, and is currently a PhD candidate at the University of Groningen. He has directed four short films. His latest short film, VULTURES, premiered at the Cannes Film Festival in 2025.
