Amid a lockdown created by socio-political unrest, a modest pregnant couple, Jean and Rose, must hit the streets in hopes of finding a safe place to give birth. As they approach the city on their bike, they come across barricades secured by heavy armed bandits who beat them up, seize their bike and force them to pay their way to the last dollar. After hours of suffering, the couple finally arrive at the hospital where they also have to fight the staff for help. The wife’s condition has worsened and the husband has lost his temper, something must be done.
