A Letter from the Trail is a documentary short film I made for my son's 16th birthday — part tribute, part memory, part message for the road ahead.

We spent several days together exploring Utah with my high school friend Seth: riding ATVs through mountain trails, fishing cold lakes, building fires, and laughing in the snow. It was the kind of trip you hope your son never forgets — and one I’ll carry with me forever.

What you’ll see here is more than just highlights from the trail. It’s a letter, read out loud — a few thoughts I wanted to share with Finn now, while the moment is still fresh and the mountains are still echoing in our hearts.
