They represent over 3,500 groups made up of around 190,000 musicians of all types, genres and abilities. Dylan Williams, Director, MEN WHO SING

Over the last 15 years, Dylan has produced and directed award-winning work for cinema and television, telling intimate stories to international audiences. He has made films for BBC, Netflix, SVT, ARTE and been shown in over 70 countries worldwide and won awards all over the world including Best Documentary at the Art Doc Fest, Moscow, the Prix Italia, and the Audience Award at Silverdocs in Washington.


Whether sharing his intimate relationship with his father (MEN WHO SING), his own mid-life crisis (MEN WHO SWIM) or tackling global issues such as the destruction of the Borneo Rainforest (THE BORNEO CASE), Dylan is always dedicated to come as close as he can to the truth in order to tell the most compelling story he can.



Barbara Eifler, Chief Executive, Making Music

Barbara has been leading Making Music since 2013, following a first career as a stage manager in theatre, opera and events, and a second one as Executive Director of the Stage Management Association and editor of the Backstage section for The Stage (the weekly theatre and television newspaper).


She played the piano as a child, is now working her way through the ABRSM singing grades and plays third cornet in the Crystal Palace Progress Band. If her four offspring ever move out, she might even have time to join a choir…
