Gabriella Canal (Co-director, Seasons) a Latinx documentary filmmaker living in New York City, tells stories rooted in identity and immigration, with a focus on women’s voices. Full bio here.
Michael Fearon (Co-director, Seasons) focuses on people engaging with the natural world. Originally from Northern California, he has produced films about a young Sherpa in Nepal, a mezcal distillery in rural Oaxaca, and a school for autistic children. Full bio here.
Chiara Hollender (Director, Women of the Earth, Melany & Freya) is an Iranian-American documentary Producer/Director based in Burlington, Vermont. She uses storytelling to create representation for unheard narratives, and hopes to harness media as an outlet to explore the ways in which colonization and homogenization of our societies affects the psyches of girls growing up in today’s world.
