Renowned Russian physics professor Vladimir Fridkin lives in Moscow, where he is caught between two worlds: the isolation of authoritarian Russia and his Western values. The large-scale invasion of Ukraine has permanently separated the 94-year-old from his family there. Filmed by his granddaughter over six years, this touching video diary is full of charm, humour, and thoughtful conversations.
