It is the emotionally charged story of Lora Angelova (played by popular Bulgarian actress Yana Marinova, who also co-wrote the script), a dedicated, intelligent history teacher who is torn between her love of teaching and her not-so-distant past as a professional dancing competitor, which leads some to underestimate her intellect. Everything in Lora’s life seems in balance until she applies for the job to become the headmistress at her school. Suddenly, new forces in her life are at play, including an ambitious colleague also wants the job, and will challenge her. Moreover, the school has just hired a new music teacher and he will have a say in who gets the position. Whom will he choose to side with, and what can Lora do about it? As the school’s prom night approaches, the answers become less and less certain in a situation made ever more complex (and, of course, entertaining) by the hearts, minds, and, in some cases, dancing shoes of those involved. --- Le film qui rapporta le plus en Bulgarie en 2018, ce deuxième long métrage par le réalisateur talentueux, Martin Makariev est une comédie romantique dynamique avec un tranchant. Il s’agit de l’histoire forte en émotions de Lora Angelova (jouée par l’actrice populaire, Yana Marinova, qui a aussi coécrit le script), une enseignante d’histoire dévouée et intelligente qui est déchirée entre son amour de l’enseignement et son passé non si lointain de compétitrice de danse professionnelle, ce qui fait que certains sous-estiment son intellect. Tout dans la vie de Lora semble s’équilibrer jusqu’à ce qu’elle postule pour l’emploi de directrice à son école. Tout d’un coup, de nouvelles forces dans sa vie entrent en jeu : une collègue ambitieuse veut aussi cet emploi, et la défiera. De plus, l’école vient d’embaucher un nouveau professeur de musique, et il aura son mot à dire sur la personne qui obtiendra le poste : avec qui choisira-t-il de s’allier, et qu’est-ce que Lora peut y faire?
