Goyito is a legend of amateur soccer in Tequila, Jalisco. Today, with over 70 years of age, he is taking care of his only son, Gregorio, who has been bedridden for 15 years caused by drug abuse. Goyito es una leyenda del fútbol amateur en Tequila, Jalisco. Hoy, con a sus más de 70 años, cuida de su único hijo, Gregorio, quien permanece postrado en una cama a causa del abuso de drogas.

Tere is the first female photographer of Tequila, Jalisco. In a studio she built with her husband, she preserves a photographic legacy of over 60 years, kept in hundreds of boxes with pictures of each and every person that has passed through her studio over the years. Tere es la primera mujer fotógrafa de Tequila, Jalisco. En el estudio fotográfico que construyó con su esposa conserva un legado fotográfico de más de 60 años, en cientos de cajas con fotos de todas y cada una de las personas que han pasado por su estudio a través de los años.

Mauricio Romero accepts a new job without knowing it’s a journey to a city that is close to disappearing. With 20ºC below zero and accompanied by his cat El Negro, Mauricio visits the bowels of a massacred country and a failed state. At the same time, he receives a call from his daughter, where they wait for him to celebrate his grandson's first birthday.


Mauricio Romero acepta un nuevo trabajo, sin saber que se trata de un viaje a una ciudad que está apunto de desaparecer. Con 20ºC bajo cero y acompañado de su gato El Negro, Mauricio visita las entrañas de un país masacrado y un Estado fallido. Al mismo tiempo, recibe una llamada de su hija, quien lo espera en la celebración del primer cumpleaños de su nieto.
