The Collection Phares was created in 2003, initiated by Aube Elléouët-Breton (André Breton and Jacqueline Lamba's child),​ her daughter Oona Elléouët and Seven Doc. By portraying these artists, this collection does a unique memory work in order to transmit the history of surrealism.

St. Helena's Cameo Cinema is a single-screen movie theater committed to fostering an appreciation for cinema by screening international, independent, and critically acclaimed films. Our mission is to foster a vibrant sense of community through the film-going experience with a new streaming program.

Eye Opening Films About Our World

My Sound Cinema is the first audio described online cinema specifically created for blind and vision impaired audiences. All films are audio described, and the player is designed to be easily accessible using a screen reader. My Sound Cinema is also available as an app for Android and Apple Phones.

The Film Center’s programming includes annual film festivals that celebrate diverse voices and international cultures, premieres of trailblazing work by today’s independent filmmakers, restorations and revivals of essential films from cinema history, and insightful, provocative discussions.

Independent arts organisations based in rural SW Scotland, with a special focus on independent film & experimental cinema from around the world. Each film launches with a communal watch followed by a live Q&A. SDH subtitles for d/Deaf and Hard of Hearing available for all screenings. Please join us!
