Follow the journey of two students from Gustu, the revolutionary cooking school and fine-dining restaurant for underprivileged Bolivian youth, founded by Noma co-founder Claus Meyer in La Paz, Bolivia. After the film, there will be a discussion led by Jensen Cummings of Best Served Podcast with Michael Lei and Claus Meyer.

Two students come to La Paz for Gustu, a groundbreaking fine-dining restaurant and cooking school for the Bolivia’s underprivileged youth. Founded by acclaimed Danish restaurateur Claus Meyer, whose last project, Noma, won the prestigious San Pellegrino World's 50 Best Restaurant Awards a staggering four times, the hope is to guide these young Bolivians towards a better future as they attempt to establish their country as the world’s next great culinary destination. A Taste of Sky is a sensory experience that takes audiences on an epic journey across the rugged vistas of Bolivia, and is an exploration of family, mentorship, and legacy - all viewed through the powerful lens of food.
