Introduction by Director Tim Shepherd

Top craft chocolate makers journey to the Peruvian Amazon jungle to meet cacao farmers, improve the sustainability of cacao growing, search for undiscovered wild cacao varieties, and demonstrate their chocolate-making. After the film, Food Journalist John Lehndorff will talk about how to taste craft chocolate and there will be a discussion and Q&A led by John Lehndorff with Greg D'Alesandre of Dandelion Chocolate, Nate Hodge of Raaka Chocolate, and Founder of Conservation Cacao Steve Bergin, all featured in the film.
