As with the rest of the country, the roller coaster dips of the Colorado response to combatting COVID-19 have hit independent restaurants particularly hard. Because of pandemic restrictions, restaurants have made a small fraction of what they took in before the pandemic. Our restaurant industry speakers will talk about pivots that Colorado restaurants have taken to survive, what we can do to save our restaurants on the local and national levels, and the prognosis for the future. Sara Brito of the Good Food 100 Restaurant List will moderate. Speakers include Caroline Glover of Annette, Dana Query of the Big Red F Restaurant Group, Jimmy Seidel of Snarf'€™s Sandwiches, Kendra Anderson of the now-closed Helix, Bobby Stuckey of Frasca Food and Wine.
