Whether they've offered unconditional support or caused lifelong traumas, families are a recurring source of inspiration for filmmakers. This heartwarming and sometimes bittersweet programme gathers childhood memories, heartfelt conversations and messages to the next generation. A selection of animation and live-action films, all inspired by (and sometimes featuring) the filmmakers' relatives. Includes a proud dad and his muscly son (Strong Son), the truth about young mothers (Postpartum), and a headstrong, big-mouthed Korean divorcee (Tiger and Ox). To watch on your own (if you have this luxury) or with your folks to spice up the Sunday roast.

Total running time: 54 mins
