Under the Lights is the award-winning the story of Sam, a boy with epilepsy who is so desperate to feel like a normal kid that he goes to prom, knowing that the lights will cause him to have a seizure. Made by filmmaker with epilepsy Miles Levin, this film is one of the first authentic, empathetic depictions of epilepsy in cinema: an effort to represent an invisible demographic of 1 in 26 who suffer from brutal stigma every day, starring Disney channel hotshots Pearce Joza and Alyssa Jirrels. Executive produced by Greg Grunberg.
