When Shira and Maria fall in love and decide to get married, sparks begin to fly between their Israeli and German families, whose differences seem insurmountable. Shira’s grandmother Berta, a Holocaust survivor, is adamantly against the union, but Berta has a secret of her own which complicates matters even more. In this comedy, Shira and Maria must learn to navigate family politics while hoping that love will, indeed, conquer all. For mature audiences.
