This thought-provoking film series explores a range of deeply human themes, from the burden of military decisions and the complexities of parenting choices to the tensions between personal ambition and life priorities. While some films feature striking visuals—such as the pursuit of a snow leopard in its remote, natural habitat—others focus more intimately on character and tradition, including the rituals surrounding Jewish death. Together, they offer a nuanced meditation on choice, loss, and meaning.

Two years after their divorce, secular Shosho and religious Naama are co-parenting their four-year-old daughter, who clings to her pacifier. As they try to wean her off it, Naama struggles with her own dependency—she still hasn’t let go of the dream of a life with Shosho.
