A comedic, pseudo French new wave short about three roommates as they navigate the trials, tribulations and loneliness of quarantining through the pandemic. About the Director:<img src="https://storage.googleapis.com/eventive-static/c59949be86008f13f37676b58d01fb76.jpg" width="133" style="max-width: 100%; white-space: pre-wrap; display: inline; margin: 0px 0px 1em 1em; float: right;">Lauren's background in journalism and as a published author, as well as her on-set experience as a producer, actress and PA, all helped push her toward screenwriting and directing. She is currently working on re-writes on her first feature film. The Longest Day of the Year marks her debut as a writer &amp; director.

Ravi and Rita are set up on a date arranged by their traditional Indian parents. When unforeseen circumstances force them to live together for a week, Ravi discovers that Rita is not quite the traditional girl of his dreams—but her “bad influence” might be just what he needs to expand his limited worldview. As irritation gives way to intimacy over the course of seven days, they are both forced to confront what they've been hiding from each other, from their families, and from themselves. About the Director:<img src="https://storage.googleapis.com/eventive-static/cec27dd663c84dbbd9388e8a271c3c97.png" width="132" style="display: inline; margin: 0px 0px 1em 1em; float: right;">Roshan Sethi is a physician and screenwriter who works as an attending at the Dana Farber Cancer Institute. He began writing as a student at Harvard Medical School and co-created the Fox series The Resident while in residency. He also co-wrote a feature titled Call Jane directed by Phyllis Nagy and shooting now with Elizabeth Banks and Sigourney Weaver. Two of his scripts appeared on The Blacklist in 2017.
