The film follows Suresh, a percussionist who moved to the city of Hyderabad in 1997 as a cultural artist during Human Rights and Dalit Rights movement. Despite his nuanced knowledge and passion for music, he struggles to find avenues that support and recognize him as a musician. He performs at public meetings and political gatherings but his contribution as a musician in the society remains unacknowledged. He sings and plays his instrument, longing to be heard.
