One night in India, at the start of the pandemic, a dog named Moti turns into a boy. Moti’s family, confused, take him to the hospital just as the lockdown is announced. Now stuck at home, Moti – who looks like a boy but still behaves like a dog – starts to evolve. But in becoming fully human Moti loses something vital along the way: his doggy sense of smell, his way of navigating the world. Moti then sets off on a journey of selfdiscovery amidst absurd and unprecedented times, all in search of a new normal.
