Disconnected from society and her own sense of self-worth, Elaine, a reclusive

middle aged hoarder has shut herself away from the world and let her hoard

take over her life. One day Maya, a kind-hearted council worker visits Elaine,

despite Elaine refusing to open the door or talk to her, Maya shows an interest in

Elaine no one has shown for a long time.

This small encounter begins to slowly affect Elaine in unexpected ways and

ultimately leaves her questioning if she can open herself up to the possibility of

learning to live again.
