Documentary by Paul Deeney about Rathmullan’s iconic Pier Hotel, from its foundation in 1869. It covers 4 generations of the Deeney family who ran the business through its various phases - from staging post to family hotel. The film features a final walk through of the hotel by Jim and Eddie Deeney and also scenes from the final staff party - ending with the Pier Hotel Poem by Suzi Curran.
