Hussein Mahmood is an elderly Kurdish carpenter who makes artificial legs for people who have lost a leg due to mine explosions and similar accidents by cutting down dried trees in the Zagros forests. He greens new trees in the forests to keep the forests from dying and can make artificial wooden legs for all those who have lost a limb like himself.
