Gigi, a man of mature years, decides to experience the everyday life of his partner who is mobility impaired and confined to a wheelchair. Early in the morning, while his partner is still asleep, Gigi decides to try out in the wheelchair what for her are everyday gestures: preparing breakfast, and watering the plants. 

Gigi, un uomo di una certa età, decide di sperimentare la vita quotidiana della sua compagna, che ha una disabilità motoria ed è costretta su una sedia a rotelle. Di prima mattina, mentre lei sta ancora dormendo, Gigi prova a mettersi sulla sedia a rotelle e a compiere quelli che per lei sono gesti quotidiani: preparare la colazione e annaffiare le piante.
