In 2018 Cam debuted his first solo photo exhibition “So I Wrote Love in the Sky” at Good Details Gallery in Chicago, IL, later showing at Spectrum Miami at Art Basel in 2018. His first solo album “7 Steps to 7” was released May 2018 as a soundtrack to the exhibition and is currently available on all music streaming platforms. The follow up “Summer in September” was released December 1, 2020. He is a 2022-2023 resident at the Green Line Performing Arts Center

Currently, Cam Be is presenting an album and evolving film with collaborator Neak titled a film called black and in post production for two documentary titled "Building Hope" which was a part of Kartemquin's Diverse Voices in Docs Program as well as a feature film with Kartemquin and Joffrey Ballet. He is based out of Chicago and is the Owner and Creative Director of Camovement.

Chicago-based Hip-Hop MC/Producer Neak, growing up in a gospel and soul infused household, developed an extensive discography that aesthetically reflected his soulful upbringing and love for golden era-esque style hip-hop--influences by hip-hop greats such as Nas, 2Pac, Common, MF Doom, Jay-Z, Lupe Fiasco, and Kanye West. Capturing the same soulful essence of his father; Robert Kelly of the 60s R&B soul group “The Kelly Brothers”, Neak’s musical releases currently stand at over 750K streams.

Touring throughout cities such as New York, Vancouver (BC), Detroit, Seattle, Atlanta, Philadelphia, London (ON), Portland, St. Paul, Washington D.C., his creativity continues to evolve and adapt to reflect the signs of the times and his hunger to create beautiful music for the masses has just begun. As he gears up for his collaborative album with dear friend singer/producer/director Cam Be entitled “a film called black”, his current solo effort Die Wurzel is now available on all major streaming services.
