The Future is Fabric
The tumultuous and triumphant life story of Khaisy Sophabmixay, a Lao Master Weaver. Born in the midst of conflict, Khaisy began a woman-led enterprise with one loom and two weavers. After decades of championing traditional, sustainable textile design, she has now been recognised as one of Asia's greatest artisans.
Figure to Ground - a site losing its system
Set in Ramsgate's defunct hoverport, this experimental film explores representations of the self through digital culture and traditional portraiture. Watercolours and recorded discussions touch on shifting technologies, borders, and representation of the self.

This WOFFF22 short film has its roots in a WOFFF20 award-winning short script. In 1960s Britain, a woman is kept isolated from the outside world with a constant stream of knitting projects to complete. Can she harness her know-how to fashion her own liberation?
The Parable of the Leaf Blower
A meditation on the cycles and rhythms of life. Three simple elements — some leaves, a rake and a leaf blower — symbolise the environment and our approach to it. A film that invites us to slow down and reflect on the world around us.
Dancing with Dharma
Death has come for Dharma’s husband, Lucas, but Dharma can’t let him go. Death is holding tight to Lucas’s soul and Dharma has questions. Inspired by Indian mythology and set in modern-day London, this dark comedy focuses on one woman’s journey through grief.
Three Women
A film about expression, repression and hope. East German sculptor Carin Kreuzberg has been working as an artist for more than 60 years. She discusses her work and career, including the story of one of her most personal pieces, "Three Women". Affected by Carin’s account, the filmmakers decide to take action and change the story for the better.
