Once upon a time, there was a marine animal with a beautiful set of teeth. Once upon a time, there was a terrestrial mammal well-equipped with ammunition. Despite each of them possessing a fairly large kingdom, the border between the two was always a site of frequent skirmishes. The movie narrates the story of this border.

Attacks!

"Attacks!" uses vibrant split screens to explore human-shark interactions, debunking fears and highlighting the need for coexistence.

Tule is a poetic 2D animated mixed media short film championing awareness and hope. A young Pomo girl serves as the narrator of our project. Her poetic contemplations ring true with convictions shared by her Pomo community at Clear Lake, California. She revels in the local nature’s glory, but dread strikes when she faces today’s careless pollution damage that impedes cultural practices.

A modern day Pomo girl is empowered through poetic reflection on conversations with her Native community about the culturally vital, but now suffering Tule plant at Clear Lake.

In the desert of Arizona, the luxurious „Cactus Hotel“ is like a precious oasis for many wild guests. From the roots in the „basement“ to the flowery „rooftop bar“, this film tells entertaining stories about an old Saguaro cactus with its wild tourists, quirky residential communities and long-term tenants who manage to make this prickly fortress their home.
