Director Statement

"Could You Take My Equipment?" is a highly personal story. As a former competitive hockey player, I've experienced first hand the friendships, and support that are an integral part of women's sports, combined with the important community building role of LGBTQ+ leagues. And as a young LGBTQ+ woman, having left home suddenly, I don't know what I would have done without the women in these leagues.
