New Horizons: These powerful films depict fictional and real-life accounts of migration throughout the diaspora.

Alexandr and Vladimir travel thousands of miles from their home to heal. These two Ukrainian children were exposed to radiation resulting from the explosion at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant. Together with other 26,000 children, also affected by radiation, they arrive in the city of Tarará in Cuba where a full recovery program for the victims is organized. Through the protagonists of this unprecedented medical care program, we reconstruct this passionate story.
